(Pegs on Trotters Lake)
Holly farm has three lakes, Trotters Lake being the most accessible match lake which produces the big weights. Gills Lake is also a match lake but the fish are of a smaller stamp. Lastly Moby Lake is Holly Farm's specimen lake. The whole complex has approximately 117 pegs.
The fishery itself is run by a very friendly couple, Del & Rita, who will make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Whether you're after a wonderfully cooked breakfast by Rita cooked in their brand new facilities, or fishing tips from Del, I'm sure you will enjoy your stay.
Platforms
Above is a picture of one of 40 pegs on Trotters Lake, all of which are accessible with bump stops on each peg. The pegs themselves have been constructed from 600cm square slabs giving a platform size of 1200 x 1200 and are constantly maintained.
The nearest peg from the car park is only 10 mtrs. Whilst there are no designated pathways around the lakes, the ground is a grassed area which is very flat and firm, suitable for chair users.

Club House & Cafeteria
The Club House / Cafeteria is a new inclusion for 2004. This spacious facility brings a welcome retreat from the elements and is a friendly environment in which to enjoy a wonderfully cooked breakfast. There are two accessible entry points to the building, one through the main white pvc double doors. This has a prominent lip to the threshold, but on the opposite side of the building there is an Astroturf covered ramp (pictured below).

Car Park
The car park surfaces are of shingle construction. The surface is flat but is loose.
Access
Access to all pegs on all three lakes is across grass which is firm and well maintained.
Toilets
There are toilet facilities but these are not accessible to wheelchair users.
Danglers Thoughts & Tips
We at the dangler have no qualms in recommending a visit to Holly Farm. The fishing can be outstanding on all three lakes. You will find fish being caught on pole very close to the bank at times; or a popular method, which shouldn't be ignored, is to chuck a feeder to the island.
Directions
From Junction 20 of the M1 take the A426 towards and through Lutterworth. Aproximately 4 Miles past Lutterworth on the A426 there is a garage on your right hand side and 500mtr past are a set of traffic lights at a cross road. Turn right here and follow the road through Ashby Magna village and the fishery is 1/2 mile further on the left hand side.
