Woodland View fishery is one of the best loved commercial waters in the country, having some of the best facilities and fishing for disabled anglers the midlands has to offer. Woodland View has eight lakes in total, with around 200 pegs catering for opens and club matches each week.
The large cafeteria at Woodlands is fully accessible offering a varied menu from the 'Woodlands Hearty Breakfast' to a simple tea and toast. Within this facility is a fully accessible toilet suitable for the wheelchair user. This Preston Innovations backed water also has a large tackle shop supplying a wide selection of tackle and bait. The shop is also accessible.

Platforms
All 200 pegs on Woodlands View are constructed from fabricated concrete. They are approximately 1mtr square with a front only concrete bump stop, and the majority are level with little or no gradient on to them.
Car Park
All car parks are in general flat, having a crushed stone surface with only odd loose surface material - as you can see from the photograph above.
Access
Access to all pegs is via several car parks around the complex, some being right next to the water. There is a slope from the car park adjacent to the on-site tackle shop up to High and Arles Lake, but level access can be gained by driving around to the opposite side of the lakes and parking by Front Deans Lake. The pathways between the lakes are of solid construction, all being firm, wide and easily accessible.
Toilets
The toilet facilities are fully accessible to wheelchair users.
Danglers Thoughts & Tips
We at the dangler have no qualms in recommending a visit to Woodland View, and our more than happy danglers award it *5 Stars*. The fishing is outstanding on all the Lakes, with 100Ibs weights coming regularly from all the waters on the complex. It's very rare you see a rod being used at Woodlands, being pole dominated. There are a vast diversity of species and sizes on all the lakes, from hard-fighting F1 Carp, Barbel, Tench and Crucians to a large head of common and mirror carp from 5Ibs to 15Ibs. 'You just don't know what you'll catch next'
Directions
Woodland View is just 10 minutes drive from Junction 5 of the M5 motorway at Droitwich. On leaving the motorway, follow the signs for the A38 to Droitwich and at the first set of lights just after the Chateau Impney stay on the A38 instead of heading for the town centre. At the next roundabout head left and stay on the dual carriageway until you take the left fork signed Ombersley. Follow the A4133 towards Ombersley and you will pick up the brown tourist signs for Woodland View
